Power arrangement
This apartment uses a SOLAR inverter and generator as secondary source of electricity. In the event there is no power from the national power grid at any point during your stay, the inverter will give you access to low voltage appliances such as lights, TV and fans. The inverter will NOT work for high voltage electrical appliances such as the air conditioner, microwave, and washing machine. This apartment ENJOYS consistent electricity from the national power grid because of the neighbourhood but this is NOT guaranteed as electricity can be inconsistent sometimes, hence the provision of a SOLAR inverter & generator.

Booking Condition
To avoid loosing any money paid, you can move your check in date to another date that fits your schedule with the same accommodation booked. Notice must be given minimum 3 days before check in date. If you fail to give notice within this time, an equivalent of one night booking will be removed from your payment.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply: For Bookings that fall during festive periods, (Valentine, Easter, Christmas, ) 50% of booking amount will only be refunded if cancelled regardless of when it was booked.
